'Disturbia', taken from the singer's basketball team million-selling Good Girl Gone Bad album, climbs from three to one to become her fourth US chart-topper.
Chris Brown remains at two with 'Forever', piece Perry falls to three with 'I Kissed A Girl'.
Meanwhile, British rapper M.I.A. cracks the US teetotum ten for the first-class honours degree time this week, vaulting from 16 to 5 with 'Paper Planes'.
Elsewhere, Estelle sticks at 12 with 'American Boy', while Leona Lewis climbs from 50 to 38 with 'Better In Time', her irregular US single.
